We specify proven brands and high-grade materials so your home performs and looks exceptional:

  • Steel: Amreeli Steel, Grade 60 (D-form). Reinforcement sized and placed per structural drawings. 

  • Cement: OPC/SR from reputable producers such as Pakland, Buraq, Falcon (or equivalent available brands). 

  • Aggregate & Sand: Strong stone crush (13mm & 16mm) and clean, approved sand (local supply such as Jamshoro area as described). 

  • Bricks & Masonry: First-grade bricks (Lucky & CBC) with professional double plaster and finishing. 

  • Tiles & Marble: Premium floor tiles (24″x24″ A1 grade ranges per specification) and rooftop marble/stone with waterproofing and Italian polish options. Kitchen tops and porch marbles specified to high standards. 

  • Aluminium & Woodwork: Super deluxe aluminium windows and solid wooden doors with quality polish and hardware. 

  • Sanitary & Hot Water: Branded sanitary ware (single-piece WCs, washbasins, luxury shower sets), glass shower box for master bathrooms, and a GlamGas hybrid water heater system option. 

  • Electrical & Fittings: Branded wiring, modern switch plates, LED lighting, and options for automatic intercom & electrical locks. 

  • Waterproofing & Chemicals: Proven products (Ultra range: Termikill, Waterproof 625, SBR Latex) used where needed for long life and resistance.

Transparent pricing —

How it works

With material (turnkey): 4,500 PKR per sq. ft. — this includes materials + labour + finishing. 
Without material (labour only): 650 PKR per sq. ft. — you provide materials; we provide skilled labour and execution. 

How to calculate your covered area cost:
Covered area (sq.ft) × rate = Total project cost.
Example: For 2,000 sq.ft:

  • With material: 2,000 × 4,500 = 9,000,000 PKR. 

  • Without material: 2,000 × 650 = 1,300,000 PKR. 

How to find plot size (if you measure in gaz): 1 gaz = 9 sq.ft. Example: 200 gaz = 1,800 sq.ft.

Payment schedule &

timeline (example)

  • Advance payment: 500,000 PKR (as base booking/initial mobilization). 

  • Weekly payments: Scheduled across the construction period (example: 22 weeks total — weekly installment amount to be calculated from the total). 

(Exact weekly amounts and a milestone schedule will be shared in the final contract based on your chosen scope and covered area.)

  • Final inspection & handover: Walkthrough, punch-list fixes, and handing over a clean, finished home.

Warranty & aftercare

We stand behind our workmanship and use reliable branded materials. After-handover support and service options are available  ask us to include a post-completion support package in your quote.
