We price transparently: either a fixed itemised quote (turnkey) or day-rate / work-order model for uncertain scopes. For accuracy we prefer a site visit — after that we issue a clear proposal with three material tiers (value / standard / premium) so you can choose.

aftercare
All our renovation work comes with a workmanship warranty and a short-term support period for defects or adjustments. Optional maintenance plans are available to keep finishes, waterproofing, and services performing year after year.
