  • Cement: OPC/SR from reliable producers.

  • Aggregates & sand: Clean, graded crush (13–16 mm) and approved sand for concrete and plaster.

  • Tiles & finishes: A1 grade tiles or commercial-grade flooring depending on use.

  • Sanitary & electrical: Branded fittings and switchgear for dependable service life.

  • Waterproofing & chemicals: Industry-tested membranes and additives in wet areas and terraces.

We offer two simple rate options so you can choose what fits your project:

  • Turnkey (with materials + execution): 4,500 PKR / sq.ft.

  • Labour only (you supply materials): 650 PKR / sq.ft.

Example calculation for a 2,000 sq.ft covered area (step-by-step):

  • Turnkey: 4,500 × 2,000.

    • 4,500 × 2 = 9,000.

    • Add three zeros for ×1,000 (because 2,000 = 2 × 1,000) → 9,000,000 PKR.

  • Labour only: 650 × 2,000.

    • 650 × 2 = 1,300.

    • Add three zeros → 1,300,000 PKR.

Exact totals vary with scope, façade choices, fit-outs, and any special structural requirements. We always provide an itemised bill-of-quantities before work begins.

Transparent pricing —

How it works

To keep things simple and transparent, we propose milestones tied to visible progress:

  • Advance / Mobilisation: Fixed advance (e.g., 500,000 PKR) to begin work.

  • Milestone payments: Divided across foundation completion, superstructure completion, finishing stage, and handover — or weekly instalments if preferred. We prepare a payment plan tailored to project size.

  • Typical timeline: Small commercial units or shops can take 12–16 weeks; mid-sized projects and small complexes average ~22 weeks depending on design and approvals. Exact schedule provided in the final contract.
